Delivery and payment
The period of preparation of products for shipment is 1-2 working days after placing the order.
If the size and color of a particular product are not available, the period is 7-14 days ( the full production cycle will be carried out in agreement with you).
It is calculated individually, based on the parameters of the ordered product, the region and the delivery method.
The calculation takes place on the order-processing page, after the buyer has chosen the delivery method.
Upon receipt of an Order from the Delivery Service, the Recipient has the right to inspect the delivered product and open them in the presence of a Delivery Service employee to check for compliance with the declared quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the Goods and to check the integrity of the packaging. If there are no claims to the delivered product, the Recipient signs the order delivery form provided by the Delivery Service. The signature in the delivery documents indicates that the Recipient has not declared any claims to product and the seller has fully and properly fulfilled his obligation to transfer product.
The return of the goods can be carried out in two cases:

1. Return of a quality product.

IIf the purchase is subject to refund and did not suit you: in size, shape, dimensions, style, color, and then we will accept it back.
The transport costs for the return or exchange of goods of proper quality are borne by the buyer.
You have 14 days to decide whether to leave the order, according to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection".

To return, keep the presentation and all the protective elements of the package (Box, coffer, package, parchment packaging, etc.).

! Please do not use the product until you are sure that it is suitable for you, the product that already been used is non-refundable. It must retain its marketable appearance and consumer properties. The tags and labels of the product must be in their places. Keep the same document confirming the fact of making a purchase, payment. The returned product must not have traces of wear, odors and / or contamination.

2. Return product of improper quality.

In case of detection of a manufacturing defect, a sewing defect, a hardware defect, a violation of the integrity of the fabric, is possible within 30 days from the date of receipt.

! Please note that the defect that is the reason for the return cannot be the result of careless handling during the fitting process.
The seller bears the transport costs for the return or exchange of goods of improper quality.

The refund is made through the "Russian Post". Print out and fill out an application for a refund, specify the order number, the article of the product, the number of items and the reason for the return.

The application for a refund and, if necessary, other documents confirming your requirements, MUST be enclosed in the mail (box, etc.) with the returned goods and sent by "Russian Post" to the return address.

Additional parcel and exchange of goods is not carried out.

! Please note that the payment of postage when returning a quality product is carried out by the buyer. In case of return of a defective product, the company will compensate for postage costs. Be sure to save the receipt for the payment of postage and report them as part of the feedback.
The funds are transferred as soon as the parcel arrives at the warehouse.
The funds are returned to the bankcard through which the payment was made.
The transfer of funds to the current account is made within 10 days or depends on the rules of crediting and transfers of the issuing Bank.
When making a return order, the delivery cost is deducted from the refund amount for the product.
